It would be really, really great if the OLIMEX-Team could provide Templates for KiCad and Eagle so that others can easily produce “shields” for the LIME. Those templates could kept very simple only the position of the connectors, the outline of the pcb, and the drillholes should be on exact coordinates

Note sure if you already found that out but the LIME shield templates were uploaded sometime ago to the hardware section of the Olimex GitHub page. Those are available for download both for KiCad and Eagle
