This weekend Angel Georgiev with the help of Hackafe volunteers made first Hackidemia in Plovdiv with Five different workshops made totally free of charge with the idea to spark the interest of kids for Electronics and Software.

First workshop was and the most advanced: OLIMEXINO-32U4 + Shield EKG-EMG + Shield EKG-EMG-PA allow you to play and analyze your muscle activities + MOD-EKG is used to read your pulse, then to display the info on ROPE-5 RGB LED rope.

The Second Workshop was for these who want to try their soldering skills and there were FOSDEM-85 Pinguinos and Simon-85 games to solder:

The Third workshop was music instrument made with OLIMEXINO-32U4 with couple of Ultrasonic sensors US-020 which change sound frequency and pitch depend on how close your hands are to the sensors.

both kids and mentors enjoyed to play with this electronic instrument:

The Fourth workshop was to build air quality measurement station with sensors for temperature, moisture SNS-DH11 and SNS-MQ135 for air polution quality, kids learned more about how to keep environment and air clean and with their own hands built station which attached to balloon and measured the air quality in the front of Hackafe office.
