Are you sure these are LiPO4? The voltage for LiPO4 is in range of 3.2V as I know ! 🙂 Miki

Maybe Li-Polymer! Standard charge C/10 and 4.2V! 🙂 Miki

They mean “Li-Poly”, not LiFePO4. And Li-Poly batteries have more or less common 4.2V voltage and more or less behave the same like Li-Ion, except that they are more flexible in how they could be assembled, allowing these flat assemblies. This looks very typical, with 0,5-1C max for charge and 1-2C for discharge. LiFePO4 would easily do something like 10-20C discharge or even more, which isn’t a case. Yet LiFePo4 got lower power density and lower voltage, troublesome for 3.3V logic circuits. So while it more robust, can output higher current and withstands abuse, it mostly makes sense for large, high-power batts which should get high discharge current, extra protection from fire hazard and should be able to charge really fast (LiFePO4 could be charged in matter of 15 minutes for most designs).
