We have been invited by Hack Conf 2015 organizers to make workshop and will take this opportunity to make small workshop about the Open Source PCB CAD program KiCAD.
The workshop will get you introduced to KiCAD, the flow of work, component library creation, schematic capture, PCB layout. At the end of the work shop you will be able to make your first small PCB with KiCAD and to prepare files for manufacturing.
Bring your computer with you and download and install KiCAD before you come. KiCAD can be download from http://kicad-pcb.org/
Looking forward to see you there!

Could you share more details regarding which day and time the workshop will take place?
I cannot find this workshop in the currently published agenda: http://hackconf.bg/#schedule
There are two topics, which seems hardware related on day two from 15:40 and 16:30, maybe it is one of them?

Hi,
I hope that could be of some interest for the workshop:
I made the 3D model (STEP AP214) of the OLIMEX/MOD-MPU9150 board
using kicad StepUp script
With kicad StepUp, it is possible to work in kicad EDA with the same component model data available in the STEP AP214 3D format, and obtain a 3D STEP AP214 model of the pcb board and a complete board assembles with electronic modules, to be used for MCAD interchange.
at this link the kicad MOD-MPU9150 board with all 3D models (VRML and STEP) and the full assemblies:
